Don Mazzi attending the Giro to support Exodus youngsters 2010
Italian priest (founder of the community helping former young drug-addicts) was special guest in Trento
From 4/22/10Don Antonio Mazzi (founding Exodus community to recover former young drug-addicts) was very special guest on 34th Giro del Trentino finish line in Trento, on Thursday. Exodus leader came to support riders but, first and foremost, those youngsters riding on Trentino roads along final stretch of each stage.
Giro del Trentino organization’s President Giacomo Santini together with Francesco Moser welcome Don Mazzi who congratulated with winner of the day, Alessandro Bertolini, but also spent some words in favour of Exodus guys riding by bike: “They are having a very significant experience to stay amongst sportmen to outdo their past troubled lifee and regain challenge sake”.
Francesco Moser underlined how worthy the link between Giro del Trentino and Exodus is: “These guys are carrying on a message addressed to all attending the event, especially youngsters”.
