Piero Pieroni awarded “Ciclismo Vita Mia” prize
During pre-race gala dinner on April 19, international team-relations manager Piero Pieroni has been given a special prize
From 4/20/10Giro del Trentino organizers gave Piero Pieroni, one of the most precious friend of the Italian stage race committee, a special prize during the gala dinner held into the Casino Municipale of Arco (Trento), on Monday.

Since many years in the world of cycling, Pieroni started his career as personal masseur of Francesco Moser, then he was sports director and team manager. He currently handles international relations between professional cycling teams and race organizers and thanks to his greatly appreciated effort, every year world top-class riders contest the Giro del Trentino.
Following his long-lasting commitment in the sport, Piero Pieroni has been awarded the 2010 “Ciclismo Vita Mia” (Cycling – My Life) prize. Since 1988 many important personalities have been given this award, such as Alfredo Martini, Gino Bartali, Vincenzo Torriani, Francesco Moser, Felice Gimondi, Vittorio Adorni and Italian Cycling Federation President Renato Di Rocco (in 2009).
